The sweetest family treat.

In celebration of her daughter Khai's second birthday, Gigi Hadid took to her Instagram Stories on Sept. 19 to share a photo of the little one's special cake featuring adorable edible animals. The colorful creation from Carlo's Bakery included Peppa Pig characters made out of fondant and icing.

The cherry on top of the occasion? It seemed to be a family affair, as she tagged Khai's father and her ex Zayn Malik in the snapshot.

The supermodel, 27, and the former One Direction member, 29—who had been together on-and-off since late 2015—welcomed their first child together in September 2020.

While the two ended their relationship in the fall of 2021, the two remain committed co-parents. On Father's Day 2022, Gigi shared a rare photo on her Instagram Stories of the daddy-daughter duo. While neither of their faces are shown, Zayn—who the supermodel sweetly calls "Khai's baba"—is seen sitting on the floor and coloring with the toddler.

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik: Romance Rewind

Gigi—who recently sparked romance rumors with Leonardo DiCaprio—previously spoke about keeping her baby girl out of the spotlight, vowing to give her the most "normal" upbringing she can.

"To the Paparazzi, press, and beloved fan accounts, you know we have never intentionally shared our daughters face on social media," she wrote in an open letter shared to Twitter in 2021. "Our wish is that she can choose how to share herself with the world when she comes of age, and that she can live as normal of a childhood as possible, without worrying about a public image that she has not chosen."

While the she and Zayn have made it point to protect their daughter's privacy, Gigi did recently gush about Khai's milestones in an interview with Sunday TODAY.

"I think she's a genius," she told Willie Geist in a clip that aired Sept. 11. "But I think that's what everyone says about their kid."

She added, "It's so much fun. The more that she talks, and understands, and remembers, it just gets more and more fun. And she's a blessing."
