Teen spirit has arrived at Woodstone Manor, but will it stay?

The April 14 episode of Ghosts, titled "Attic Girl," revealed another ghostly resident at Sam and Jay's haunted mansion: Stephanie (Odessa A'zion), a teenage spirit who was murdered before her prom in the '80s and now sleeps for months at a time. And while Woodstone Manor already has a delightful mix of ghosts—including a Revolutionary War soldier, a '00s Wall Street trader and a Prohibition-era jazz singer—Stephanie was a welcome addition, as she brought with her a big personality and even bigger hair.

So, when speaking with stars Rose McIver, Asher Grodman and more at PaleyFest's red carpet for the Ghosts panel on April 6, we asked whether the deceased high school senior could appear in future episodes—and their answers left us feeling hopeful.

For starters, Rose, whose character Sam had several scenes with Odessa's Stephanie, said she "would love to see more of her."

"I thought she brought a really grounded energy to our quite supernatural show," Rose continued. "She was really wonderful to work with, and I think it's a texture that we don't have in the group."

Asher, who plays the pantsless, flirty ghost Trevor, was also a huge fan of the addition, as it allowed for "the script to get flipped on Trevor." Specifically, Stephanie—who is trapped in her teenage ghost body and routinely hits on Trevor—continually reminds him that she'd be 53 in human years.

"I think we've got to check on her schedule," Asher said when asked about Odessa's possible return. "She's booked and busy. But it was fun, so come on back down."

Richie Moriarty, who plays Pete, the troop leader with an arrow through his neck, said he "would assume" that Stephanie will pop up again. "She sleeps for months on end, right?" he added. "So, it's going to be a rare occurrence, but I'm sure the writers will find a reason to bring her back in a fun way."

As for what viewers can expect from season two? Showrunner Joe Port revealed that the team is "just starting up the writers' room," but the next installment will have Sam and Jay's bed and breakfast finally open, so guests will begin to play a role.

"A lot of stories are going to be walking in the door," he shared. "And we're going to delve into all of the ghosts' backstories and learn more about all of them."

Hopefully, season two will also dive into a potential Pete-Alberta romance, because that's what the people are asking for. And by people, we mean ourselves and Danielle Pinnock, who portrays Alberta on the comedy.

"The fans on Twitter, they want to see kind of like, an Alberta-Al Capone story," she of her hope for season two. "And I'm hoping that Alberta can figure out her love connection with Pete. What's going on there?"

Well, we can't wait to find out.
