If selected, I will execute waivers, release agreements, and background checks, as required by E! Entertainment Television LLC and its successors, affiliates, parents, and assignees "Producer" in its sole discretion.

By submitting my materials to the email address listed, I agree and confirm the following:

- I am over the age of 18 and a legal US resident.

- If selected, I will execute waivers, release agreements, and background checks, as required by Producer in its sole discretion.

- I consent to the use of my name, voice, actions, likeness, appearance, biographical materials and all information and materials submitted in connection with my application, as edited or modified by Producer, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, in or in connection with the Rundown or any other work, including in promotion and advertising.

All casting decisions are made in the sole discretion of Producer.
