NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are 18 or older as of April 13, 2021. Commencing on April 13, 2021 at approximately 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and continuing through April 14, 2021 at approximately 1:00 P.M. ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). E! Entertainment Television, LLC and NBCUniversal Media, LLC ("Sponsors") will award five (5) prizes in total ("Prizes", each a "Prize"). Each Prize will consist of one (1) steel tumbler, one (1) You're Doing Amazing Sweetie hat, and one (1) Bible mask. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must respond to the Sweepstakes Instagram Story ("Story") that will be posted on @KUWTK Instagram account on April 14, 2021 at or about 1:00 P.M. ET ("Entry"). The Story will be accessible from April 13, 2021 at or about 1:00 P.M. ET to April 14, 2021 at or about 1:30 P.M. ET. If your Instagram account is set to the "Posts are Private" setting, your Instagram Entry may be disqualified and rejected as ineligible for consideration in the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Entry per person. Sponsors will randomly select five (5) winners ("Winners," each a "Winner") from among all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Prize per person, family, and household. Winners must respond by April 18, 2021. Sponsors' decisions, including, but not limited to, selection of Winners and substitution of Prizes, cannot be appealed. Estimated retail value ("ERV") of each Prize is ninety-one dollars ($91). ERV of all Prizes is four hundred fifty-five dollars ($455). Total actual retail value may vary. Entrants may have the opportunity to receive information from Sponsors and selected partners by checking the appropriate box(es). If, at any time, you no longer wish to receive materials from Sponsors or our partners, please go to our privacy policy, located at https://www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy, or the applicable partner's privacy policy and follow the procedures indicated. By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, and release and hold harmless, Sponsors, Instagram, and its affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of Prize. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winners.
