Like Khloe Kardashian says in the all-new teaser above, "it's been a minute" since Keeping Up With the Kardashians has been on the air.
Thankfully, the beloved E! show is returning Thursday, Sep. 17 at 8 p.m. and there will be plenty of drama to keep up with. As was previously teased, the all-new episodes will follow the Kardashian-Jenners as they cope with the coronavirus pandemic.
And it seems one of the KUWTK stars faced a COVID-19 scare!
"Everybody in the world is talking about coronavirus," Scott Disick notes as footage shows Khloe getting tested for the disease.
Later on, Kim Kardashian reveals she's "super worried that Khloe is so sick." Cut to a clip of the Good American mogul aggressively coughing in bed.
"Things are escalating," Kourtney Kardashian goes on to relay to the KUWTK camera.
Meanwhile, Kim learns that Paris is on the verge of a lock down ahead of Kanye West's fashion show.
As music intensifies, the KKW Beauty boss is heard yelling, "We're gonna have to leave Kourtney."
She adds, "We have to get out."
Of course, it isn't just coronavirus causing drama for the famous family. For Scott, he's seen reeling following the leaked news that he was in rehab.
"There couldn't have been a bigger betrayal," he shares in a confessional. "She leaked me being there to the press."
While it's unclear who Scott's referring to, we'll hopefully get more clarity once KUWTK returns.
As E! readers may recall, earlier this year, Scott briefly entered rehab to work on "past traumas." The Flip It Like Disick star, who shares three kids with ex Kourtney, left the facility after a photo of him in treatment was leaked.
"I don't trust anybody here," Scott is heard telling Kris Jenner, Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian.
On the relationship front, Khloe and ex Tristan Thompson are seen discussing their past relationship.
True Thompson's mom asks the NBA star, "Why couldn't you be that way when were together?"
