Outer Banks fans, the show has five words for you: "See you in the Bahamas."

On Friday, Netflix announced the teen action drama series, which debuted on the platform in April, will be returning for a second season.

"This is not a drill," a Netflix Instagram post read. "Outer Banks is coming back for Season 2 WOOGITY WOOGITY."

And while the first season was set in its namesake, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the show's announcement pointed to a change of scenery.

"Season 2 baby," Madelyn Cline said in a cast video for the announcement. "Catch you in the Bahamas."

The show, created by Josh Pate, Jonas Pate, and Shannon Burke, centers on a group of teenagers who set out to find their friend's missing father and buried treasure.

The first season (spoiler alert!) left off with John (Chase Stokes) and Sarah (Cline) being rescued by a fishing boat on its way to Nassau, paving the way for what's to come in the second season.

"Missing my surfing buddy...," he captioned the post. "John B, please let me know if you're out there..."

Meanwhile, it's clear the cast is excited for the show's official return.

As Stokes wrote in an Instagram caption, "Welcome back."

Jonathan Daviss added, "See you guys soon. WOOGITY WOOGITY."

Until then, fans will just have to keep their eyes peeled for updates and stay tuned!
