The actor can't seem to escape talking about prophylactics

At one point in Zac Efron's new movie, 17 Again, condoms become the main thrust behind his character's speech about lovemaking, which seems somewhat appropriate, given how prophylactics have played such a part in the heartthrob's past.

After recently revealing that his mom stuffed his stocking with raincoats last Christmas, Zac now tells E! News that his father has also made sure his son stays well protected.

"I just feel like my dad, at one point, had that conversation with me and my little brother, and always delivered it very well. He was very passionate about it."

Speaking of passion, Zac insists that, despite backing out of the Footloose remake, he still has strong feelings toward the genre.

"I'm not done with musicals. I love them so much. It's just, at this particular moment, I think it's time to change it up. I gotta shake things up to keep it interesting for me. I don't want to be stagnant."

May we suggest looking into ribbed, studded, or edible? Oh wait, was he still talking about musicals?
