A judge signed off on the actress' bitter divorce from Coley Laffoon on March 4, just days before she gave birth.
The Men in Trees star welcomed a baby boy, named Atlas Heche Tupper, over the weekend, her rep confirms to E! News. The tyke—who tipped the scales at 6 pounds, 12 ounces—is the first child for Heche, 39, and former TV costar James Tupper, 43.
Heche and Tupper began dating in 2007 and announced in December that they were expecting.
She has another classically named son, Homer, 7, from her five-year marriage to Laffoon, whom she began dating following her breakup with Ellen DeGeneres.
