Six months after their highly-publicized split, it looks like Scott Disick has moved on from Kourtney Kardashian.

E! News can confirm the 32-year-old reality star is dating Swedish model, Lina Sandberg.

"She and Scott have been seeing each other," a source tells us. "They had been trying to keep things under wraps and are surprised that it got out."

Meanwhile, we confirmed that Scott and Kourtney—who began dating in 2006—called it quits in July.

A source told us at the time, "Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids [Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1] it has gotten old. Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids."

A few months following their split, Scott checked himself into rehab, but even after he left, he admitted he still struggled being without Kourtney.

In fact, on a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, he broke down while apologizing for his actions.

"I'm sure you guys have heard a lot of horrible things about me that I should have just been honest with but I was too ashamed that I was going to hurt everybody in this family and not just her," Scott said while talking to Khloe Kardashian, trying to hold back tears. "I've apologized to Kourtney a hundred times but I've never apologized to like all of you for letting all of you down and embarrassing you guys."

He added, "I understand I need to help myself before I can help her or my kids."

Kim Kardashian admitted their breakup definitely had a major effect on the family as a whole.

"It's a hard adjustment, there's a lot that goes into it and I think as a sister all you can do is being really supportive," she told E! News exclusively in December. "You know, we love Scott too, he's family. So that makes it hard for everyone, even though you might not agree with someone's actions."

Us Weekly was the first to report Scott's new girlfriend.
