Apparently that time is now, because over the weekend the 28-year-old copy-Kate wore this raspberry Issa silk wrap dress, matching floral hat, black clutch and suede pumps to a wedding in Scotland.

That's because it's the exact dress that Kate Middleton wore to announce her engagement to Prince William—gasp! Don't you just hate it when your siblings raid your closet?
The royal 30-year-old distinguished her look with a sapphire shade to match her engagement ring, natch, and teamed it with those trademark glossy locks and black heels.
When Catherine wore this dress in 2010 it inspired royal-wannabe's the world over to use their credit cards and the dress promptly sold out in stores soon after. Will Pippa's splash of raspberry jam jealousy inspire younger sissy's everywhere to go out and do the same?!
