Grey's Anatomy star Camilla Luddington revealed Wednesday that she's pregnant with her first child, sharing the news on Instagram in the form of a photo of her sitting nonchalantly, minus the pumpkin in her lap announcing "BABY ARRIVING SPRING 2017" in gold block letters.
"I am SO excited to FINALLY share with you all the news I've managed to keep a secret for what seems like forever now… I am pregnant!!!!" the actress captioned the pic. "This girl gets to be a 'cool mom' ha! We are beyond happy and I cannot wait to bring you all on this journey with me!!!!"
And this Halloween-themed pic is apparently just the beginning, for all of us!
"I'll be posting progress pics as the weeks go on but for now I figured I'd post this pumpkin because come spring I'll have a belly that size!" Luddington promised.
The British actress, who first made a splash on these shores in 2011 when she played Kate Middleton in Lifetime's William & Kate: The Movie, has managed to keep her private life exactly that for the most part, but she's been dating Matt Alan for at least six months, their most recent red carpet appearance being at Entertainment Weekly's 2016 Emmys party.
Luddington also cheekily acknowledged that this pregnancy may not have come as a surprise to everybody.
"Nods of respect to the few of you who have guest rights in the past months- yes I saw your comments," she informed her eagle-eyed fans.
