InstagramKendra Wilkinson-Baskett has a good reason for being proud of the stretch marks on her tummy: they are a symbol of her two children!
The reality star took to Instagram on Mother's Day to share a photo of her bare stomach, wearing just a sports bra and proudly showing off her stretch marks. "Look what my 2 babies did," she captioned the photo. "They made me happy. #happymothersday."
Along with the picture of her "stretchies" (as Chrissy Teigen would call them), Kendra also shared a couple photos of her kids, Hank,6, and Alijah, 1.
The mommy-of-two described the special relationship she shares with each of her little ones.
"With Lil Hank I was soooo attached to him. I didn't want anyone near him. He was all mine. To the point of being crazy and territorial. I still feel that way now," she explained with a picture of her 6-year-old son. "We have this mother/son bond that's so strong. I can't go one night without praying and cuddling with him. I am cherishing every moment with him."
"With Alijah, we are homies," she wrote beside a photo with her daughter. "I kinda let her do her thang. She is who she is already pretty much."
Kendra continued, "Our favorite thing we like to do together besides nails, watching sports and eating cheese is to play "spider mama" where I become "mama long legs". She has my gene n I'll definitely have to work with that n not fight it cuz she's my mini me n we don't like rules."
Meanwhile, Kendra's love for her children is likely a little stronger these days as the ongoing drama continues to grow worse with her estranged mother, Patti.
Upon finding out that her mom might be writing a tell-all book about their lives, Kendra says she's "divorced" her mom and brother, Collin, in order to protect herself and her family.
"Would I like to get together with my brother? Of course I do," she said in a recent episode of Kendra on Top. "But the last thing I need in my life is for me to open my heart up and then for it to be turned around and used as information for my mom and her book."
She continued, "I love my mom and brother. But I've divorced them in my heart and in my mind."
