We've got good news for you Beliebers!

Justin Bieber announced on Wednesday while at On Air With Ryan Seacrest he's releasing a new single, "What Do You Mean," which will be out Aug. 28. "The first single is amazing. I worked really hard on it," the 21-year-old popstar told Ryan Seacrest.

As for that mysterious title? "When you say that to somebody, you don't understand what they're saying to you?" the host asked.

"Well, girls are often just flip-floppy, they say something and they mean something else" the singer replied. So, do they end up telling Bieber what they mean when he asks? "I don't really know, that's why I'm asking."

Fans have to wait to actually listen to the track, but Bieber gave us a little taste. "It's fun, it's summery," he said. As for the sound of his upcoming album, Justin says fans can expect it to have the same feel as "Where Are Ü Now," which he worked on with Skrillex and Diplo.

He praised collaborator and their work together, saying, "Skrillex is a genius. He's super futuristic and I just love his sound. So to be able to incorporate that sound with what I'm doing has been super cool because it's new and fresh. I feel like no one has done it before. I'm very excited."

Bieber has been working hard on the new album, and doesn't take it easy on himself explaining, "I get in my head a lot and I get kind of depressed because I want it to work so badly. I want people to love it. I want to inspire people...Sometimes I wonder, 'Is this good enough? Is this the direction I want to go?' I had kind of a rough week last week. I get in my head and I don't want to get out of bed sometimes."

Justin has a lot to do, as Seacrest told him, "You've had a chance to grow up a little bit, have some fun, and now you're going to release the single. Going to release the album, and obviously go out to see your fans! Lots to do, man!"

The musician grinned as he responded, "Stressful, but I'm ready!"
