Watch: Differences Between "Botched" and "Botched by Nature"

Botched By Nature premieres tonight!

For three seasons we've watched doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow meet with patients in their office and help repair the damage that's been done to them on Botched. So what can we expect from Botched By Nature?

In this exclusive interview with Paul and Terry, the doctors explain the differences between their two E! shows.

"Botched is what we see, patients that have had unfortunate situations with surgery," Paul explains. "Complications, bad doctors, out of the country…we are there to help them, save them, change whatever mistakes that have been made and fix them."

On Botched By Nature, Paul and Terry leave the office and hit the road to meet with patients in their hometown who were born with a medical condition and need the doctors' help.

"What's great about Botched By Nature is we're taking patients that have been born with a congenital deformity or suffered some traumatic event in their life such as someone who got struck by lightning," Paul reveals.
