Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone's daughters are ready for their close-ups.

The comedy couple confirms that their kids Vivian, 8, and Georgette, 6, make their movie debut in The Boss (out April 8).

In the film, McCarthy plays Michelle Darnell a Martha Stewart-like tycoon who loses her fortune after being sent to prison for insider trading.

She makes a comeback by starting a brownie company with her former assistant (Kristen Bell) that includes young girls selling their baked goods with a percentage going to their college savings.

Falcone directed and co-wrote the R-rated flick.

Their oldest daughter Vivian plays McCarthy's character when she is seven years old and returned to her orphanage. Georgette appears as one of the young girls working at the brownie company.

"They kept asking and we said no for months and [then] my oldest said, 'Am I not allowed to even try?'" McCarthy tells me. "She's very smart and I said, 'That's good, you went right to it because I certainly can't say you're not allowed to try. So we spent the next month seeing really if she'd do it. She did great."

Falcone added, "Once [Georgette] heard Vivian is in the movie, she was like, 'I wanna be in the movie.'"

McCarthy and Falcone insist The Boss isn't the start of something bigger for the kids.

"We said, 'You can do it again right after college,'" McCarthy said.

Falcone said they haven't asked for more work—at least not yet. "We'll see what happens," he said. "I'm not going to discourage it but I'm also not going to encourage it."
