The 43-year-old Modern Family star caught up with Ryan Seacrest during E!'s Live From the Red Carpet, where she looked absolutely stunning in sparkly St. John champagne-colored gown that showed off her killer curves.
So, where was the actress' hubby-to-be Joe Manganiello (the gorgeous couple posed for pics together earlier on the red carpet)?
"He went backstage to eat, he was hungry," the brunette stunner revealed.
With the couple's wedding less than two months away (Vergara confirmed that her wedding is November), Seacrest also had to get the scoop on their big day and showed Vergara a photo of her hunky man checking out her recent Martha Stewart Weddings magazine cover.
"He was making fun of me," she admitted. "It says Sofía in love. He wanted to see what I had to say. He's like, 'Give me that magazine I have to see if you're talking good about me.'"
"Did he approve?" Seacrest asked.
"Yes, he loved it. Look at his face of satisfaction!" she replied.
