Kate Middleton makes childbirth look easy!

Less than 10 hours after giving birth to Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana at St. Mary's Hospital, the 33-year-old duchess looked positively perfect as she introduced her and Prince William's little lady to the world on those Lindo Wing steps. She didn't look tired in the least, which probably has something to do with the fact that her labor and delivery went very smoothly!

Sources tell both People and Us Weekly that Kate had an all-natural birth—meaning no epidural!—and that everything went "extremely well." Prince William was there to lend his support, of course, as were two of Kate's trusted midwives under the supervision of Dr. Alan Farthing and Dr. Guy Thorpe-Beeston.

Per Us Weekly, Kate enlisted midwife Arona Ahmed and Professor of Midwifery at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Jacqui Dunkley-Bent, to be by her side. She bonded with the two ladies nearly two years earlier while delivering Prince George, and the hospital reportedly made sure both midwives remained on call for all the days surrounding Kate's due date!

Kate's deliveries of both Charlotte and George were smooth-sailing, but earlier during both pregnancies she suffered from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a rare pregnancy complication often categorized by extreme sickness.

Fortunately the duchess' condition seemed to improve quickly, and she remained active throughout the rest of her pregnancy. After delivering baby Charlotte this weekend, mom and baby returned home to Kensington Palace, where they've had visits from grandparents Michael and Carole Middleton, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and aunt Pippa Middleton.

Prince Harry, who's currently in Australia, hasn't gotten to meet his newborn niece yet, but he's seen photos, calling the little princess "absolutely beautiful."
