The most hated woman in Britain is sticking to her guns.

Katie Hopkins had no regrets about the mean comments she made about Kelly Clarkson and even said she would say them all over again if given the opportunity. Appearing on Access Hollywood, Hopkins further insulted the "Heartbeat Song" singer.

"Ultimately Kelly Clarkson is a chunky monkey," she told the hosts. "We can call it baby weight. We can call it puppy fat. We can call it love handles. We can call it muffin top...but ultimately it's fat."

When hosts Billy Bush and Kit Hoover accused the British TV journalist of being a bit of a bully, Hopkins continued to defend herself and her comments, saying, "There is no such thing as fat-shaming. There is only skinny-blaming."

Hopkins continued to explain that she felt she could make her comments without consequences because she feels celebrities become open to criticism the second they enter the spotlight.

"It doesn't hurt me if I hurt someone's feelings," she said. "Ultimately if you put yourself out there...then you have to accept what comes your way."

Hopkins continued to slam the "Run Run Run" singer, accusing her and other overweight people of bankrupting the U.K.'s health system and saying of Clarkson's pregnancy, "She took eating for two for eating for 10."

But Hoover had finally heard enough of Hopkins' diatribe and told her to stop and added, "I think that's mean."

As the most-hated woman, however, she didn't care. In fact, she wears the title as a badge of honor.

"It's a title you get when you say things that people think but feel they're not allowed to say," she explained.

Hopkins' original comments, which she made on Twitter, included, "Jesus, what happened to Kelly Clarkson? Did she eat all of her backing singers? Happily I have wide-screen. #grahamnorton." But when the AH hosts asked her if she considered that "bullying" she thought it was quite the opposite.

"That's not bullying. That's a great line," she said. "Ultimately Twitter is about finding the fun."

Although many would probably say that her comments fall on the side of mean instead of fun. But Clarkson, who is happily married and now a glowing mom to daughter River Rose, stood up to her bully!

"That's because she doesn't know me. I'm awesome! It doesn't bother me," the Grammy winner said. "It's a free world. Say what you will. I've just never cared what people think. It's more if I'm happy and I'm confident and feeling good, that's always been my thing. And more so now, since having a family—I don't seek out any other acceptance."
