The 40-year-old supermodel and her former bodyguard boyfriend were spotted out and about together earlier today in L.A. post-split.
The former couple was spotted arriving at a lawyer's office in Brentwood. Klum sported black boots, black pants and a red and black T-shirt with sunglasses and a big purse. Meanwhile, Kristen donned jeans, a black shirt and a Yankees sweatshirt.
As for the reason for the lawyer's visit, a source tells E! News, "Heidi Klum and Martin met with a lawyer to dissolve a guardianship agreement. Martin had the right to make decisions about the kids if they ever got sick while she was traveling."
After their meeting, Klum and Kristen hopped into two separate cars and drove off in their respective vehicles.
Klum and Kristen broke up romantically and professionally about a month ago but news of their split only broke last week. A friend close to Klum told People, "Martin was there for her during a challenging time in her life and it was something she will always be grateful for."
"They are no longer working together," another source said. "Life is about timing. He was incredibly supportive and they were there for each other, but they're moving on now. They still have a great friendship."

Meanwhile, Klum recently returned from NYC. She was there last week and attended Howard Stern's big 60th birthday party with other celeb guests like Jimmy Kimmel, Jenny McCarthy, Joan Rivers, Katie Couric, Robert Downey Jr., Jimmy Fallon, David Letterman and Bryan Cranston.
