Authorities are ready to go to the videotape to see exactly what went down over the weekend when members of the cast and crew of Oliver Stone's W. mixed it up with cops outside a Louisiana bar.

Police in Shreveport say they have video footage of the brawl, involving stars Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright, who were arrested along with five crew members at the film's wrap party Saturday at the Stray Cat nightclub.

According to the Shreveport Times, police recorded video and audio of the incident via dashboard-mounted cameras and officer-worn microphones. However, Police Chief Henry Whitehorn refused to detail the substance of what was recorded.

The incident began when a lighting technician allegedly became unruly, prompting bar managers to call the cops.

At that point Brolin—who plays President George W. Bush in W. and Wright, who portrays former Secretary of State Colin Powell—apparently stepped in to try and help their pal and calm the situation.

But things escalated and a total of seven W. staffers were eventually cuffed and detained at a police station. They were booked on misdemeanor charges of interfering with police and released after posting a $384 bond each.

Prosecutors will examine the recordings and interview witnesses before determining whether to move forward with criminal charges. Arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 2.
