Cristián de la Fuente is back to his strong-arm ways.

The actor's publicist says he is doing well after surgery to repair a ruptured tendon in his left bicep, an injury he suffered in April while hoofing out a samba on Dancing with the Stars.

"The doctor said it was a perfect repair," rep Cynthia Snyder told the Associated Press Thursday. "He had his stitches out on Tuesday. Everything is going well."

De la Fuente went under the knife two weeks ago and has been wearing a brace to aid the recovery process.

The Chilean looker stars in the new USA drama In Plain Sight, which premiered Sunday, playing the boyfriend of Mary McCormack's federal marshal character.
