Want to know which series may be edging Moonlight off the CBS schedule? According to Variety, you can blame (or embrace, as the case may be), four hour-long dramas and two half-hour comedies.

  • Project Gary, starring Jay Mohr, late of Ghost Whisperer (and Last Comic Standing before that), is a sitcom about a recently divorced dad and it's getting particularly good buzz. Rumor has it Gary could take Old Christine's Monday time slot. But what's to become of Christine? Another time slot on CBS or perhaps even a move to ABC...
  • Worst Week is based on a British sitcom that chronicles the mishaps and misfortunes of a middle-class family in the week leading up to a major life event, like a wedding or a birth.
  • The new dramas on the Eye next season will be the paranormal investigation series Eleventh Hour, from CBS' fave superproducer, Jerry Bruckheimer; The Mentalist, starring Simon Baker, who was last seen in John Wells' Smith; The Ex List, an adaptation of an Israeli rom-com from awesome Veronica Mars scribe Diane Ruggiero; and the murder mystery Harper's Island, from producer Jon Turteltaub, whose Jericho wasn't picked up for a third season earlier this spring.

What looks tasty on that menu? Post your picks in the comments!
