30 Rock has been picked up for a second season! Inside sources tell me (via a coconut and a string to me here in Hawaii) the cast and crew were given the good news this morning that they will be gainfully employed this fall.

Somewhere, Kenneth the Page and Tracy Jordan are singing a celebratory song in perfect harmony.

According to insiders, NBC's higher-ups have plenty of faith in 30, thanks to its ratings momentum and creative uptick in recent episodes. (Tomorrow night's ep, with Will Arnett, just might be the best one yet.)

Now all we need is a pickup for the NBC show Daniel Dae Kim just told me is his favorite—Friday Night Lights—and all will be right in Peacock land.

(By the way, don't forget to vote for your favorite endangered series in our Save One Show campaign. The clock is ticking!)
