The birthday girl was joined at the hotel by her new beau, entertainment lawyer Ryan Hauser, and was overheard spilling some big news to a friend of hers...
According to a hotel source, the actress was heard talking about being engaged to her new boyfriend.
This would be the second engagement for Jaime, who has a son with her former hubby Eric Cubiche.
Her rep wasn't available for comment, but either way, sounds like it will be a happy birthday!
