E!Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians was both scary and emotional.
During one of the last scenes of the show, Scott Disick was in tears on the phone with Khloe Kardashian and he told her, "My life is officially over, I just want it over."
Kourtney Kardashian's ex had sent Khloe an alarming text message and she decided to call him to make sure he was OK.
This phone conversation comes just two weeks after Scott told the Kardashians, "If I didn't have those kids I would kill myself."

1. Khloe Refuses to Get Cancer Test:
Kris Jenner wants all of her kids to get a genetics test done because Kris has a family history of cancer. Kourtney and Kim Kardashian agree to do the genetics test but when the employees from Pathway Genomics come to the set of the family's photo shoot to do the test, Khloe refuses to do it.
"I don't have time," Khloe says to Kris.
"It takes two seconds they just take a little thing of your blood," Kris tells her.
"I literally don't have time," Khloe tells Kris.
"He can come in here right now and take your blood, it's like the most amazing thing that's like a real privilege to do," Kris says.
But Khloe just doesn't want to do it.
"Khloe has always been the most resistant to any kind of a test," Kris says. "But out of all of us Khloe is the one who needs to have her blood drawn because she had a brush with skin cancer."
Khloe then tells her mom that she won't draw blood but she'll do the swab of saliva they need for the testing. But when the employees come to do it, Khloe backs out.
2. Kourtney Kardashian Strips Down For Nude Photo Shoot:
"I got asked to pose for this nude shoot which is going to be in a fine art gallery," Kourtney explains. "I work out every single day so I feel like why not?"

3. Kris & Khloe Argue About the Cancer Test:
After Khloe refused to get the test done, Kris sits down with her daughter and puts her on blast.
"It's unacceptable for you to have this technology at your fingertips and not go out and utilize that so it might save your life one day," Kris tells Khloe.
"I don't care, I really don't care," Khloe says.
"You don't care if you possibly could get breast cancer?" Kris asks.
"Fact: I'm going to die, you're going to die, we're all going to die," Khloe says.
"Do you wanna die when you're 30 or do you wanna die when you're 85?" Kris asks.
"I don't care," Khloe tells Kris.

4. Khloe Agrees to Do the Test:
Shortly after Kris has a talk with Khloe about taking the cancer test, Kim calls her sister to encourage her to do it as well so that her grandma feels better. Kris' mom has a history of cancer so the family thinks it would be good to get the test done so that MJ can have some peace of mind.
"I don't want MJ to have to worry about me," Khloe says. "If one of us does have the BRCA gene MJ would feel so guilty. So I'm totally fine taking this test for MJ."
5. Kendall Jenner Says She Misses Spending Time With Caitlyn Jenner:
Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner are hanging out together when Kendall says she misses doing "boyish" things with Caitlyn Jenner.
"I miss like doing stuff with dad that like we used to always do like the boyish things like dirt biking and I don't know adventurous things," Kendall says.

6. Kim and Khloe Drive the Kids to San Diego:
Kim, Khloe and Kris head to San Diego to get their test results and visit MJ. Kourtney skips the trip to head to Montana with her friends and Reign Disick, so Kim and Khloe decide to take North West, Penelope Disick, and Mason Disick with them in one car while Kris drives with her boyfriend Corey Gamble.
How does the road trip go with Kim, Khloe and the three kids? Let's just say it was loud!
"I see a gray hair from this car trip," Kim jokes.
"Being in the car with three toddlers is the best form of birth control anyone could ever have," Khloe says.
7. Scott Sends Kim an Emotional Text:
During the road trip to San Diego Kim gets a text from Scott.
"It's Scott he says, 'Are you with the kids in San Diego?'" Kim says. "Scott said, 'Please tell them that dad loves them.'"
Khloe then reveals, "Scott's behavior lately has definitely erratic. Like Scott just comes over and is crying and telling us he wants to change and then disappears for two or three days and then to be sending text messages saying, 'Tell the kids I love them' it does concern me."
8. The Kardashians Receive Their Test Results:
Kim, Khloe, Kris and Corey arrive in San Diego to find out the results of their genetics test. Botched's Dr. Paul Nassif meets them there to help them better understand their test results.
Paul reveals that all of the women have tested negative for the BRCA gene!
9. Caitlyn Talks to Kendall About How She's Feeling:
After her talk with Kendall, Kylie decides to call Caitlyn and tell her how Kendall is feeling.
Caitlyn then meets Kendall at her place to have a talk.
"I had actually a conversation with Kylie," Caitlyn tells Kendall.
"Oh no," Kendall says
"Oh no, yeah," Caitlyn laughs. "No it's all good. You've been upset that we haven't been spending that much time together and doing fun stuff."
"No I mean I wasn't upset because we were spending time with each other it was just different," Kendall explains. "Like I felt you were bonding more with Kylie because she's like into makeup and stuff and I'm totally not. Like it was just different now because we used to do like we used to go like ride ATVs and like dirt bikes and you would come watch me ride my horse and like, I don't know."
"I totally get that," Caitlyn tells her.
The two then continue to talk and Caitlyn tells Kendall that she loves hanging out with her.
"We have the best time together, OK?" Caitlyn says. "If you're ever upset with something that's happening, maybe changes that have gone on, I want you to talk directly to me. The thing that makes me happiest in the world is I just love hanging out with you, you know I have so much fun."
"Me too," Kendall says.
10. Scott Breaks Down in Tears During Emotional Conversation With Khloe:
Kim, Kris and Kylie are hanging out at Kris' house when Kim receives a call from Khloe.
"Khloe calls me hysterical saying that Scott sent her this text message that was really scary saying that he just can't take it any more and Khloe tried to call Kourtney but she's on a flight back from Montana," Kim explains.
Khloe then calls Scott while Kim stays on the line and listens with Kris and Kylie.
"Scott?" Khloe says.
"Yeah?" Scott replies.
"Why did you send me that message?" Khloe asks. "Are you OK?"
"I just... I just can't do this," Scott says.
"What does that mean you can't do this?" Khloe asks. "Did you take anything today?"
Kim then tells Khloe, "Call the police."
"We need to call the police," Kris says.
Scott then starts crying and Khloe says that she can't understand him.
"Hold on mom," Kim says.
"I just can't keep doing this without my family," Scott says.
"I understand, but try to get better," Khloe tells Scott. "You can't just give up, OK? Where are you? Scott? I can't understand you I wish I could."
"I'll never f--king meet anybody more beautiful than her, and I love her," Scott says about Kourtney. "But she doesn't love me."
"She definitely does love you, but she wants you to get better and love yourself," Khloe tells Scott.
"My life is officially over, I just want it over," Scott says. "And I just wanted you to know."
"You don't want your life to be over," Khloe tells Scott. "What are you talking about?"
Khloe then tells him there is a way to fix his life.
The Kardashians then find out that Scott's in New York, so Kris calls his friend Chris Reda and tells him to go check on Scott.
"If you cannot get in his room I want you to text me and I want you to call 9-11 immediately, no joke, text me and tell me what happens," Kris says.
Back on the phone with Scott he tells Khloe, "I just can't f--king get it together. I just can't f--king handle it."
"I know you're not going to do anything to yourself," Khloe says. "You're in a very negative space, OK? You've got to stop."
Chris then calls Kris back and tells her he's in the room with Scott.
That's when Scott tells Khloe, "I've gotta go. Tell them I love..."
"No where are you going?" Khloe asks. "Where are you going? Scott? He hung up."
Chris then calls Kris back later and confirms that Scott is OK and gives the Kardashians a little more peace of mind.
