New showrunner Beth Schwartz is keeping things pretty under wraps this season, so we'll just have to see how things play out with so many major changes.

However, when The Conners was announced, ABC said the Conner family is "forced to face the daily struggles of life in Lanford in a way they never have before" following a sudden turn of events. Dan (John Goodman), Jackie (Laurie Metcalf), Darlene (Sara Gilbert), Becky (Lecy Goranson) and D.J. (Michael Fishman) are all back and grappling with parenthood, dating, pregnancy, finances, aging and in-laws.

Rebecca is going to do her best to be a good person. "I think the next season is about recovery, redemption, possibly recidivism, renewal, rebirth, but there will also be retrenchment, retribution," co-creator Aline Brosh McKenna told E! News. Plus, Skylar Astin joins the cast as Greg. Yes, Greg! The Pitch Perfect star is playing the role originated on the series by Santino Fontana, but they're not calling it a recasting, rather reimagining. "We kind of play with perceptional issues of what somebody seems like when they come back," Brosh McKenna said.

Dynasty (The CW)
When to Watch: Friday, Oct. 12 at 8 p.m.
What to Expect: Get ready to meet the real Cristal Flores. Nathalie Kelley already spilled the beans to E! Australia that she won't return to Dynasty for season two, which we're guessing means that Cristal died in that fire/of her gunshot wound. Telenovela star Ana Brenda Contreras is joining the show in season two as "the real Cristal Flores," in what sounds like a very soap opera move. As for what that means exactly, we'll have to wait to find out!

"My daughter is not so keen on spending time with me. She's very much a daddy's girl, wants to spend all of her time with him, and we'll find out later this season what that's all about," Patton told E! News.
"She reveres her father, but what's going on with her mom, there's something a little strange there," Kennedy said. "She's a daddy's girl, and there's a reason. That'll all be revealed."
We'll also be meeting a new big bad by the name of Cicada, played by Chris Klein, and we'll get to see Iris return to her job as a journalist. Plus, Barry's got a new suit, all thanks to a ring that fans of the comics will know very well...
The Gifted (Fox)

Empire's Grace Byers has joined the cast ast Reeva Payge, described as one of the most powerful mutants still standing...and she's in charge of the Hellfire Club's Inner Circle. It's the "Dawn of the Mutant Age" for The Gifted. And it looks like Polaris (Emma Dumont) will finally give birth.
The Good Doctor (ABC)
When to Watch: Monday, Sept. 24 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
What to Expect: The journey of Dr. Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) continues. The season ended with Dr. Murphy facing the loss of his mentor Dr. Aaron Glassman (Richard Schiff), and you expect plenty more twists and turns.
"I'm hoping to continue to explore these themes and these issues and throwing Dr. Murphy into more situations where he's challenged and where he has a unique insight," executive producer David Shore told us. "Because I think the show superficially is about Dr. Murphy learning how to navigate the world, but I think on a deeper level, the show is much more of what Dr. Murphy has to teach us."

The season ended with Eleanor (Kristen Bell), Chidi (William Jackson Harper), Jason (Manny Jacinto) and Tahani (Jameela Jamil) alive. "You will be messed with," Ted Danson told us. "But the fact that episode one begins on Earth is true." Now that they're alive and on Earth, series creator Mike Schur said it's time to see if they can actually learn to be better people. "So, the idea is to see what happens to people who are actually alive on Earth when they start contemplating these questions that we're asking," he told us.
Grey's Anatomy (ABC)
When to Watch: Thursday, Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
What to Expect: Love is in the air and things are about to get complicated. It's Grey's Anatomy after all. Teddy (Kim Raver) is back and she's pregnant. Cool! But dramatic. "That leads to a really kind of amazing, complicated, funny storyline," Raver told us. Owen (Kevin McKidd), Teddy's baby daddy, just started reconciling with Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) at the end of season 14. Uh oh. Meanwhile, Jo (Camilla Luddington) told E! News she's working on a new medical innovation with Meredith (Ellen Pompeo). Get more scoop on the new season right here.

How to Get Away With Murder (ABC)
When to Watch: Thursday, Sept. 27 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
What to Expect: Liza Weil says that after last season ended on a sort of "hopeful note," the danger that's looming is all the more palpable. "It's gonna be bonkers, it's a lot," she tells E! News. "We ended last season with Nate discovering these files...on everybody, excluding Nate." That means backstory for Bonnie and everybody else, told through a lot of individual stories. The whole gang will start out on different tracks in season five, but "there will be an event that brings everybody together again."
Last Man Standing (Fox)
When to Watch: Friday, Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
What to Expect: It's the same show you watched for six season on ABC, just on Fox. Well, almost the same. There are some casting changes, including the new addition of a foreign exchange student. Krista Marie Yu will play Jen, a student Vanessa (Nancy Travis) takes under her wing. Molly McCook is the new Mandy and Jet Jurgensmeyer is the new Boyd. Kaitlyn Dever, Eve on the series, will recur. Don't expect the Tim Allen sitcom to get too political. "I think we're not going to comment specifically on Trump. I think that Mike Baxter is a conservative republican. He holds those ideals. But the character itself, I don't think we are going to address it one way or the other," executive producer Kevin Abbott said at TCA.
