The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple plead guilty to fraud charges in 2014. They were charged with conspiring to defraud lenders and illegally obtain mortgages and other loans, as well as allegedly hiding assets and income during a bankruptcy case. The 39-count indictment claimed they committed mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, made false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa spent 14 months in prison, while her husband continues his 42-month sentence.
Kim Richards
In October 2015, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star plead no contest to one count of petty theft stemming from an incident at Target during which she stole upwards of $600 worth of items. The incidence came just a few months after she faced three misdemeanor charges—resisting arrest, public intoxication and battery on a peace officer—stemming from a drunken night at the Beverly Hills Hotel in April 2015.
Apollo Nida
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks' husband at the time was sentenced to 8 years in prison in 2014 after pleading guilty to bank fraud and identity theft in May of that year.
Nida was charged with being in a four-year scheme involving bank, mail and wire fraud and ID theft of more than 50 people.
Kim Zolciak vs. Kandi Burress
Burruss and songwriter Rodney Richard sued Zolciak in federal court in 2013, claiming that they cowrote the ex-Housewife's 2009 dance track, "Tardy for the Party," and were never paid their due share of the royalties.
Bethenny Frankel
The RHONY star faced a very public custody battle with her ex husband Jason Hoppy over their daughter, Brynn. Bethenny had filed for full custody, which resulted in a year of back and forth. They finally settled in 2014 and reached an agreement in which both parties would co-parent.
Danielle Staub
Though it happened in 1986, news of the RHONJ star's federal prosecution for extortion and cocaine possession came forward during a defamation lawsuit involving her ex-husband in 2010. The documents showed that she not only was involved with a major drug cartel but that she also worked as a call girl.

Spanx founder Sarah Blakley filed a lawsuit against the RHONY star for her Yummie Tummie shapewear line in 2013. The suit came after Thomson sent her a cease-and-desist letter, claiming that Sarah copied her three-panel designed camisoles, which she had a patent on.

The former RHONY star was arrested for assault when she supposedly punched her then-fiancé Nick Stefanov in the face in 2009. She accepted a plea deal and faced two days of community service.
Sonja Morgan
During her first season on the Real Housewives of New York, the reality star was charged with a DUI after she drove through a stop sign in 2010 and refused to take a breathalyzer test.
Kenya Moore
The RHOA star got involved in a bitter eviction battle in Atlanta and was reportedly given the boot from a $3999/month mansion. The former Miss USA had previously been sued for failing to make her full rent payment in May, defaulting on the terms and conditions of the lease.
