When it comes to celestial bodies, these Angels are--again--heaven-sent. A high hotness factor, however, doesn't mean this movie is full of intriguing dialogue, complex relationships and multilayered performances. This is music-video director McG we're talking about here, folks, so Full Throttle is all about cranking up the volume and puttin' the booty on display.
Half of the movie is in slo-mo for cryin' out loud! There's a plot about some government gadget falling into the wrong hands and a bad Angel (sexy fortysomething Demi Moore) who's trying to stop the tantalizing threesome of Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu. But really, who cares? While some of the sloppy CGI sucks, there's a new outfit for every scene, a quick-witted Bernie Mac as a new Bosley and a great CSI send-up. Hang on to your tub of popcorn and enjoy.
