Don't Blame Jennifer Lopez for Marc Anthony's Divorce From Shannon de Lima

Mutual friend Leah Remini insists their kiss at the Latin Grammys was innocent

Jennifer Lopez is no longer mixing business with pleasure.

As the Grammy-nominated "Let's Get Loud" singer continues to work on her upcoming Spanish-language album with ex-husband Marc Anthony (due sometime in 2017), a tabloid is claiming the musicians may reunite romantically. In Us Weekly's Dec. 12 issue, a source claims Anthony, 48, is "still in love" with Lopez, 47, and he is now actively "trying to get back together with her."

Even if that's true, E! News has learned Lopez is uninterested in anything other than making music with her ex-husband. "She is not looking to get back together with him," an insider says.

Anthony separated from his third wife Shannon De Lima in November, three months after Lopez ended her on-and-off four-year relationship with choreographer Casper Smart. "As soon as he heard Jennifer split with Casper," a source reveals to Us Weekly, "[Anthony] wanted out."

When Leah Remini appeared on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live Thursday, the actress denied that her close friend was the catalyst for Anthony's third divorce. Referring to the exes' quick kiss onstage at the 2016 Latin Grammy Awards, Remini said it was "absolutely" friendly. "That is not the reason. Marc's separation had happened already—clearly—way before that."

"I thought it was an innocent kiss between two parents and two friends," Remini said in defense of her longtime pals. "I love them onstage together, and I love that they still perform."

Rapper 50 Cent was also on the show and called the exes' kiss a "dope moment."

After Remini confirmed that Lopez is indeed single, host Andy Cohen suggested she play cupid and set her up with the rapper. "It's not a bad idea," 50 Cent said. "Jennifer's a friend of mine."

Asked what she thought about the possible pairing, Remini turned to 50 Cent and explained that his prior sexual escapades with Vivica A. Fox would be an issue for Lopez. "This is not a disrespect: That kind of stuff has to stop," she told him. "He got his ass licked 10 years ago." Turning the tables on Cohen, she added, "I think it was f--ked up of you to have brought it up."

"Yeah," 50 Cent told Cohen. "You killed my shot at Jennifer Lopez, man."
