Lin-Manuel Miranda is adding another title to his impressive resume: Saturday Night Live host.
Miranda will host the Saturday, Oct. 8 episode of SNL with musical guest Twenty One Pilots. Both will be making their Studio 8H debut. Margot Robbie is hosting the season 42 premiere with musical guest The Weeknd.
The Internet's boyfriend, Miranda recently took home a boatload of Tonys for Hamilton. He recently completed his run in the musical. At the 2016 Tony Awards he took home an award for Best Book of a Musical, Best Original Score and Best Musical. He's also won Tonys for In the Heights. Up next? The sequel to Mary Poppins, Mary Poppins Returns, and producing and scoring Disney's upcoming The Little Mermaid live-action flick with Alan Menken. He's also written songs for Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Disney's Moana.
Twenty One Pilots, which is duo Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun, recently had two singles in in the top five of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Saturday Night Live will return for season 42 with some new faces. Mikey Day, Alex Moffat, and Melissa Villaseñor will appear alongside returning faces such as Leslie Jones, Pete Davidson and Kate McKinnon. Jay Pharoah, Taran Killam and Jon Rudnitsky will not return.
Saturday Night Live premieres Saturday, Oct. 1 on NBC.
