Another September is here, and with it comes New York Fashion Week.
This period is a bastion of style, taste, riches, and parties that the average person could never even dream of being invited to. What a fun time for everyone!
But in all seriousness, Fashion Week is actually fabulous time to be a celebrity. They get to hop from show to show, with only the most exclusive front row seats. They receive invites to every party—with all the VIP accoutrements, of course. They get gifted the newest, trendiest, priciest clothes for the occasion. There are drivers, stylists, hair and makeup, and what we can only imagine amounts to approximately several vats of free champagne.
But that's just what's on the outside. The celebrities and what it's really like to be front row at the most glamorous shows remain a bit of a mystery—until now.
Yes, we are breaking this quandary wide open. We've gone inside the brains of the biggest A-listers (in our imagination) to decipher their most private (fake) thoughts that they have while at Fashion Week. The result is a fascinating glimpse into the belly of the fashion beast.
Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner at the Yeezy show:
"LOL, did you hear some people had to take the bus ride from hell to get here?"
Taylor Swift at the Tommy x Gigi show:
"I'm not a regular Mom, I'm a cool Mom."
Nina Agdal at the Harper's Bazaar ICONS Party:
"This party's great and all, but do you know what it's like to get to go home with Leo DiCaprio?"
David Beckham at the Victoria Beckham show:
"Babe, I know you're super stylish, but what are we supposed to do with all this velvet? Also, do you think Anna Wintour can see me?"
Paris Hilton at the Michael Costello show:
"I can't remember what I'm supposed to do at these. If I stare off into the distance pensively, that should be good enough."
Kendall Jenner and Kaia Gerber at the Harper's Bazaar ICONS party:
"If you're not a millennial, you can GTFO of our crew."
Jon Hamm at the Tom Ford show:
"I finally made it to a public appearance without people seeing my bulge. So long, Jon Hamm's ham."
Gigi Hadid at the Tommy x Gigi show:
"Of course this is fake...like I would ever sully this million-dollar bod."
