Oprah Winfrey looks and feels great—thanks, in large part, to Weight Watchers!
Since becoming a part-owner and official spokesperson of the weight management program last October, Oprah has lost at least 30 pounds. But as the media mogul told E! News' Zuri Hall at the premiere of OWN's new original series Queen Sugar Monday, keeping the weight off is "hard to do"—especially when you're faced with temptation in the form of tasty treats.
"I'm down on a movie set during [The Immortal Life of] Henritta Lacks with George Wolfe [the movie's director]," she explained, "and those movie sets and those craft tables—oh, the crafties get me! Oh, my god."
Zuri wanted to know about O's favorite "cheat food," and her response was pretty darn relatable. "Every now and then," she said, "I sneak a Cheeto!"
"Hot?" Zuri inquired.
Oprah seemingly agreed, giving the E! News correspondent not just one, but two excited high-fives.
Zuri then offered Oprah a hearty loaf of bread as she started to make her way down the carpet—just in case she got hungry during the premiere! O was appreciative of the complex carbs, but she does have some qualifiers when it comes to her love of bread. "Needs to be toasted," Oprah said with a smile, "but thank you!"
Perhaps Oprah will share her starchy snack with longtime boyfriend Stedman Graham. "I would like him to pick me up and carry me to the pool," she joked to People. "I've lost enough weight, he can pick me up and carry me to the pool. I can straddle him without breaking his back."
We don't doubt it for a second! To hear more from Oprah about her weight loss, occasional cheat foods and more, watch the clip above. Plus, tune in to Queen Sugar when it debuts with a two-night premiere on Tuesday, Sept. 6 and Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 10 p.m. on OWN.
