NeNe Leakes has something to say about her financial situation.
Just a few days after reports surfaced claiming that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star owed close to $824,000 in taxes, the TV personality spoke out on Twitter in her own signature style.
"4 all those that r asking, reporting & concern...Yes I am broke & unemployed. Just another dumb Celeb that doesn't know how 2 money manage," she wrote on Sunday morning. "My priorities r all screwed up! I'm just a damn fool out here about to lose my house! Please start a Go Fund Me."
Fans of the reality star will immediately sense the sarcasm in her tweets. After all, this is the woman who proudly proclaimed to be "rich, bitch."
And if you think she was hacked, NeNe quickly said no, but not before adding "pray for me."
While she left Real Housewives full-time to pursue other ventures, the businesswoman continues to have a full-plate of jobs. In addition to her fashion collection on Home Shopping Network, NeNe has also found success on Broadway and with her stand-up comedy tour.
"I'm smart and a lot of these girls that are on these shows, they come on the show looking for a rich husband or they come on the show because they just want to be here because they want to be known to be beautiful or I just got new Botox and filler today. Look at my car," she recently shared with E! News in her signature honest style. "And while they were doing all that, I was making connections because I wasn't interested in all of that. I was interested in how we can make this the next big thing."
So the next time NeNe asks for money on social media, she likely isn't being too serious.
"Running out the hotel to pay this bill. Y'all know I ain't got no jobsssssss," she joked on Instagram. "Let me borrow 20$ #unstoppableNene #oversight #shaneinthebacktripping."
