Nothing is safe anymore.

Thanks to Seth Rogen, simply entering a grocery store can be scary territory. While promoting his new animated movie Sausage Party, a raunchy flick about food with feelings, Rogen delivered an animatronic cantaloupe, sausage and loaf of bread to a grocery store in New York City to prank customers.

Hiding each item with its food family, innocent customers were startled when they went to go pick up said items and started getting yelled at by Rogen's live-action food. Behind-the-scenes, however, Rogen and some friends were voicing the items without anyone's knowledge. In the two-minute-long video, customers old and young shriek and laugh upon realizing their potential food is talking to them.

"Are you going to eat my friends and family?" the cantaloupe asked a man walking by.

"No, you're not my type kid," he responded, unfazed.

One other customer couldn't help but be weirded out by his interaction with the loaf of bread. "You, reaching for Stove Top," the bread said.

"Oh, what the f--k?" the customer said, caught off guard by the talking loaf.

"What the f--k is right, buddy," the bread snapped back.

"The bread is talking to me!" the customer said to someone he was FaceTiming with.

The interactions between food and people only escalate from there, as Rogen and his team don't spare a soul who walks by their items. Watch the hilarious video to see just how far the foods go!
