Amber Rose will leave no sexual question unanswered on her new VH1 talk show, The Amber Rose Show.
The new series, which debuts tonight at 11 p.m. on VH1, is extremely sex positive, the host tells E! News behind the scenes during a promo shoot for the show. "We don't hold anything back. We have a segment of people asking very sexual questions and we're just very open on my show," she explains. "I'm interviewing celebrities as well. We have a great list of celebrities that are going to come on for the season."
The idea for the new series was borne from her appearance on The Doctors, where she talked about slut shaming. There, she met Dr. Phil (who produces The Doctors), who ended up mentoring her as well as co-producing the new show.
"He was just like, 'Wow, one, the camera loves you, and two, you're very passionate about everything that you're into and you speak about.' One thing led to another and he was like, 'You should have your own show.' I'm not a seasoned talk show host so I just learn a lot from him and he just gives me little gems every day."
Rose might be a rookie, but she's not afraid to broach any topic. "Unapologetic, I don't give a s--t at all," she says when asked to describe her hosting style. "I say what I feel, how I feel, and, like I said before, I'm very sex positive."
