The Broward County lawman who famously cracked jokes and wept as he presided over the tug-of-war for Anna Nicole Smith's remains was cleared of any wrongdoing by the Miami-Dade state attorney's office.
Seidlin left the bench in 2007 but a lawyer last year alleged that the judge was accepting bribes in turn for public defender appointments on court cases.
The theatrical jurist has reportedly been courting a judicial-themed television show.
