The fashion mogul and husband Eric Johnson spent Thursday celebrating son Ace Knute's third birthday (how is he 3 already?!) and of course an adorable photo was part of the festivities.
The couple also have 4-year-old daughter, Maxwell Drew, who is 14 months older than her not-so-baby brother.
Ace rang in his big 0-3 with a dinosaur and jungle themed party, courtesy of mommy and daddy. And in typical mom fashion, Jessica gathered her family of four together for an essential birthday photo.
The singer, actress, and entrepreneur posted the picture of her gorgeous family on Instagram, writing, "Happy Birthday dinosaur! You complete me #3 #aceknute"
Dressed for the occasion, Simpson sported a banana-leaf-printed, two-piece outfit that show off her toned legs. The clothing designer accessorized her look with brown wedges and circular shades, while her husband fashioned an off-white ensemble perfect for summer.
The duo's blond-haired kids lovingly held onto their parents hands with beaming smiles.
Beyond taking care of her two kids, motherhood has compelled Simpson to return to music after her six-year-long hiatus.
Simpson recently spoke to the Huffington Post, explaining, "It's been a very exciting time to rediscover music and I definitely have so much inspiration. I've been in the music business for so long, and it's interesting to see what I come up with as a mom and the perspective I have after all the records I have made and all the life situations I've been through."
Between juggling mom duties, recording music and overseeing her $1 billion retail empire, we think it's safe to say Jessica Simpson is a supermom.
