Is rapper 50 Cent losing his street cred?

While partying recently in Mexico to shoot E!'s Party Monsters Cabo, he was the healthiest eater of all the celebs (including Diddy and Carmen Electra) on the show, requesting a strictly low-calorie, high-protein diet during his stay at the LG Villa.

And he didn't even drink during his own bash!

Instead of downing tequila shots like most guests, the rapper stuck to sipping ginger ale at a soiree to celebrate his new album and directorial theatrical debut, Before I Self Destruct, and his video game, Blood on the Sand.

Fiddy arrived an hour late to his party but took pics with fans and guests before hitting the stage to perform.

So was his party a success?

You'll have to wait until the episode airs Tuesday to find out for sure, but if you've seen the previews, he doesn't look too happy when discussing the outcome on camera.

After the party ended at the LG Villa, 50 invited guests to screen his directorial debut at a local theater. After giving a shy introduction to the crowd, he screened the feature-length movie, which he wrote, directed and starred in.

The actor/rapper actually seemed nervous about speaking in public. "I'm still looking for suggestions, so let me know what you all think of it," he mumbled before turning over the mic.

Tune in to Party Monsters Cabo Tuesday at 8/7c to see if 50's bash was a big success or an epic bust.
