Get ready for some new energy in the OC!
When The Real Housewives of Orange County returns for season 11 tonight, new housewife Kelly Dodd will be on the scene—and if you think she isn't ready to shake things up right from the start, you've got another thing coming.
"My personality, I probably just speak before I think. I'm unfiltered," she told E! News prior to the big premiere. "A little uncouth. I say it the way it is. I have a big personality." Sounds like the perfect recipe for a Housewife to us!
If the big lesson she's learned from her first season as a Bravolebrity is any indication, that unfiltered personality is going to have her in quite a few dust ups this year. "I've learned that sometimes you need to apologize whether you want to or not," she told us. "Sometimes, to build cohesive relationships with people, you have to shut your mouth before you say things."
Introduced to the women as Meghan King Edmond's good friend, Kelly admitted that over the course of the season, she grew closer with a few ladies we wouldn't necessarily expect, considering where Meghan's allegiances lie. "I clicked with Vicki [Gunvalson] and Tamra [Judge] the most. Tamra is hilarious, she has a personality just like me. And Vicki, her taste is a lot like mine," she said. "Vicki and I naturally had chemistry. It was just a natural friendship. We have a lot in common." We can't imagine that Meghan loved that.
As for who she had the most drama with, Kelly revealed that she found herself on the bad side of the one and only Shannon Beador. "I'd say that Shannon put me through a few hoops in the beginning," she said. For more on Kelly's drama with Shannon, be sure to press play on the video above!
