Jenni Pulos, Jeff Lewis, Flipping Out

If you thought life for Jeff Lewis was stressful before, seven little words are about to change all that.

"Are we ready to make a baby?"

When Flipping Out returns to Bravo for season nine with a two-night premiere on Wednesday, July 13 and Thursday, July 14, it's not just business as usual for America's favorite house flipper because he and life partner Gage Edward officially have baby on the brain. And as you can tell from this first look at the season, premiering exclusive on E! News, the thought of fatherhood is only going to test that legendary patience of his even further.

"My whole life is about to change," Jeff tells his therapist. "I don't know how to prepare, I don't know what to do. I don't know what this new life is going to look like." At least he's back in therapy!

An addition to the family isn't the only major life change coming Jeff's way this season. A return to his first love, house flipping, leads to a dip in business and lost income, forcing Jeff and the company to make major adjustments—namely, moving his entire household, including Gage, lovable housekeeper Zoila Chavez (the true star of the show, in our humble opinion), three dogs, and new cat Patrick into a flip that's currently under construction. A house with no kitchen, no bar, and missing walls? What could go wrong?

Elsewhere, his hilarious sidekick (and executive assistant) Jenni Pulos is also feeling the baby fever, ready for a second child after giving birth to daughter Alianna in 2013, but comes to find that will be more difficult than expected. And in perhaps the most distressing development of all, Jeff also finds himself at a crossroads with Zoila as he begins to question her role in the house. Flipping Out without Zoila? We shudder at the thought!

Flipping Out returns for season nine with a two-part premiere on Wednesday, July 13 at 10 p.m. and Thursday, July 14 at 9 p.m. (its regular night and time) on Bravo.

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
