When Kourtney Kardashain talks health and fitness, we listen.
The mom of three is no stranger to holistic practices, and we often look to her offbeat remedies for inspiration. For instance, she recently gushed about the benefits of manuka honey–from how she swallows spoonfuls when she's feeling ill to how she slathers it on her hands for extra moisture at night.
She even uses the sweet ingredient every morning in her A.M. smoothie. For an equally-as-tasty all-natural concoction, we asked celeb nutritionist Elissa Goodman to share her recipe for a Kourtney-inspired liquid meal that you can enjoy all summer-long.
"Honey is 'liquid gold,' reducing inflammation, while providing antioxidants and variety of vitamins and minerals, like vitamin C, iron and calcium," noted the pro.
