Beach season is right around the corner, and Kim Zolciak-Biermann is here to help you get that body right.

The reality star is no stranger to flaunting her killer curves in a bikini, so while chatting with E! News about the launch of her new skincare line Kashmere Kollections, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star shared her key ingredient to making sure that two-piece is looking good on you this summer.

(Are you paying attention? It's actually really simple.)

"I think getting ready for bikini season is water," she tells us. "No matter what you really eat, if you hydrate, and drink lots and lots of water, everything's flushing out your system."

Not only that, but water is great for your skin, too!

The mother of six adds, "I do take care of my skin. I hydrate with a lot of water. That's really important to me. And skin care products. I've always been into skin care, since I was young, like 14."

She added that her full house also helps keep her in shape, because she's constantly running around after her little ones. "And I think just chasing my kids, like I don't sit down. I tell my husband, I generally don't work out a lot, I'm not at the gym two hours a day. I don't have time for that unfortunately.

"And plus, I don't eat red meat, which I don't think a lot of people know. I just don't like it. I didn't grow up on it. I just don't like it. There's no other reason. I do eat chicken and poultry, I think that probably helps. And wine, honey. Wine definitely helps. Wine every meal is my remedy."

So, what have we learned? Water is necessary. If you have a lot of kids, that counts as your cardio. And red meat may be something to consider nixing.

Oh, and learn to love your curves! "I'm a little curvaceous, per say. I think having a little meat on your bones is good. As long as you're comfortable in your own skin, it's great. If you're a little thicker, but your skin is fresh and soft and toned, I think that's amazing."
