Kelsey McNeal/FOXLast-minute brainstorm to throw out there: Will the finalists from So You Think You Can Dance open the Emmys? We think so, and here's why:
- When interviewed about hosting the Emmys, Ryan Seacrest said, "We are going to open the show with a musical number, and that musical number, as you can well imagine, will be like nothing you've seen in years past."
- On SYTYCD's finale night, I spotted Seacrest at CBS, right outside the stage where they tape the show.
- SYTYCD is a Fox show, and the Emmys are on Fox.
- Finalist Lacey Schwimmer has mentioned she will be at the Emmys today...but she was vague about in what capacity.
Again, just a hunch, but we're way into So You Think You Can Dance here, so let's hope so, right?
