You've heard it before and you'll probably hear it again, but Jennifer Lawrence really is just your average Joe. She has boyfriends and then the relationship ends; she drinks too much and pukes; she watches TV in sweats all day and isn't ashamed of it.

Let's be honest, we are all J. Law and she is all of us.

In the May issue of Harper's Bazaar, the Oscar winner opens up about her relatively normal life despite living a lifestyle that is anything but normal. Sure, she has a contract with Dior and an insane résumé to boot, but at the end of the day she's just a woman from Kentucky who is looking for love—or maybe just sex.

"I can't! Anything I say about boys gets picked up," she tells the magazine, admitting she doesn't have a type. "I don't think so because patterns are the work of the devil. If I think about all of my ex-boyfriends, they are all so uncomparable."

Lawrence dated Nicholas Hoult for a couple of years and was more recently tied to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, but the actress maintains she has been single for a while. "Sex? Someone explain to me what it is," she jokes.

Even though everyone wants to be the Joy star's best friend, she's the first to admit that she's probably a "social disappointment."

"I don't really stay out late. I'm kind of a bummer. I'm a nana," she explains. "It's hard to get me out, and when I do go out I don't really stay out late. If I do stay out late and I'm partying hard, I will throw up. I don't have the tolerance to black out; I just start puking."

It happens to the best of us, Jen. The only difference, however, is that instead of having your college roommate holding your hair back she has A-listers such as Adele and Emma Stone helping her while she's bending over the porcelain throne.

"It was the night we saw Adele in L.A. [Emma Stone] just started rubbing my back. She was really sweet. I was like, 'Get out of here. It's so gross,'" she recalls. As if that weren't wild enough, The Hunger Games co-star and pal Woody Harrelson wasn't too far off.

"Woody cut his foot. He stayed over in one of my guest bedrooms, but that's where I started puking. I broke a candle because I can't just puke like a normal person—I flay my arms everywhere. And I didn't clean it up because I'm an a--hole," she recalls. "The next day he cut his foot open. I was like, 'F--k, am I going to get sued?' And he's like, 'Are you going to ask if I'm okay?'"

The Silver Linings Playbook star finds hardcore partying like that to be a seldom occurrence because she prefers to spend her days relaxing. "Wake up. I take [my dog] Pippi on a running hike. I'll probably do Pilates or something. Then I'll hang out with a friend to count down the hours of my wasteful life," she says, laughing. "Then I watch TV, and then I'll go to bed. There's my day."

She credits her increasingly awesome fashion sense—when she does put on a real outfit—to the cameras constantly flashing. "I think I started paying attention to fashion as soon as paparazzi started happening a few years ago," she says. "I was not ready. I was like, 'What do I wear?' I had to start paying attention. When I turned 25 it got easier because I know, 'This is you, this is not you.'"

Her most recent purchase? A "pair of earrings. I don't have a boyfriend, so I have to do that s--t on my own."
