Kourtney Kardashian Flashes a Little Nipple in a Selfie and Scott Disick Comments on It

"Hell yeah get it girl," he begins his response

Kourtney Kardashian bid her fans and followers a goodnight Sunday evening, but she might not have realized she gave them more than they bargained for. Posting a selfie on her social media pages, Kourtney looked gorgeous with her au naturel makeup and mesh black top. But instead of showing off only her face and a bit of her top, she included part of her nipple in the photo.

Maybe it was on purpose, but regardless many followers noticed and commented on the risqué photo—including ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. "Hell yeah get it girl I know 3 kids that those nips made into perfect angels," he commented.

Scott's comment comes after photos of him drinking and drinking on the beach while vacationing in Puerto Vallarta with models. He had entered himself into rehab in October for substance abuse. "A smile hides my pain, a hug masks my heartache, and a laugh covers my tears," Kourtney, 36, cryptically wrote on Twitter late Friday.

She didn't say whether it directly had to do with Scott's recent antics, but he did tell People that he was "totally fine" and not off the bandwagon.

"The truth is I just to live my life and I want to have a little happiness and a little balance," he said. "The truth is rehab did help me and now I'm just trying to be responsible. I'm not out here trying to get wasted, but you know what, I will have a beer on the beach. I'm not doing drugs, I'm not doing anything insane, so I think people just need to relax...I just want to try to live my life."

He added that he just wants to try to live as normal life as possible while dealing with his breakup with Kourtney. "I'm not sure I can stay home every single night at 32 years old and be sane," he said. "In the end, I'm trying to live my life. I'm trying to live it healthy. I'm trying to be there for the people I love, which is Kourtney and kids, but you know what, we're not together."

A source had told E! News that he was struggling to stay sober.

"It's very safe to say Scott is no longer interested in recovery," the insider said. "He's been drinking and partying for the last several weeks. This is what he wants. This is what he's choosing. The friends he's hanging out with aren't helping."

Hours before Kourtney posted her nip pic, she and Scott were spotted grabbing lunch with their kids at the Polo Lounge.
