Sunday's big winner—well, besides Bob Crowley: NBC's Sunday Night Football (20.5 million viewers, per Nielsen estimates) killed with the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants.

How CBS' Survivor has survived as a former "It" show: People who still like it, still like it. The audience for the Gabon finale (13.8 million) was consistent from start to finish; the episode was on par with its season average.

What do women 18-34 like? Judging by the CW's barely there numbers in the demo from 8-10 p.m., the answer is not Mel Brooks' Spaceballs (1.2 million viewers overall).

And the esteemed title of Biggest Rerun of the Night on a Night of Reruns goes to…: ABC's rebroadcast of Tim Allen's reliable Santa Clause 2 (8.7 million).

Classical appreciation is dead: Friday on CBS, Frosty Returns (7.7 million) outdrew the original Frosty the Snowman (7.6 million).
