Kate Middleton's birthday weekend was one to remember.
The Duchess of Cambridge, who turned 34 Saturday, was joined by her immediate family—mom Carole Middleton, 60, dad Michael Middleton, 66, sister Pippa Middleton, 32, and brother James Middleton, 28—on a visit to Queen Elizabeth II's Sandringham estate Sunday. The Middletons were seen walking to church with Kate's husband, Prince William, 33, for a special event to mark the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli campaign during World War I. They were also joined by two of Princess Charlotte's godparents, Sophie Carter and James Meade.
Kate and William left Prince George, 2, and his 8-month-old sister at home. The birthday girl modeled the same tweed Michael Kors suit that she wore at church the Sunday after Christmas. After the church service concluded, the royal couple watched as Queen Elizabeth II, 89, and Prince Philip, 94, laid wreaths at the War Memorial Cross to honor the anniversary of Gallipoli.
2016 is shaping up to be quite a year for Kate and her family. Earlier this week, her son began attending Westacre Montessori School near his family' Norfolk home. Kate took pictures of the little prince and shared them with the world's press. Kensington Palace also announced last week that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will tour both India and Bhutan later this spring.
