The Scott Ruffalo case is heating up.

The woman whom police were looking to question in connection with the shooting of Mark Ruffalo's younger brother was arrested Monday on suspicion of attempted murder after she and another "person of interest" turned themselves in to the Beverly Hills Police Department.

Shaha Mishaal Adham was booked on a no-bail arrest warrant, while Brian Burton Scofield was booked for a misdemeanor traffic offense shortly after 1:30 p.m. No court date has been set.

Scott Ruffalo remains hospitalized in critical condition after being shot in the back of the head last week. A Beverly Hills Fire Department crew, responding to a call about a person falling down, discovered the 39-year-old hairstylist in his apartment at about 1:23 a.m. on Dec. 1. After they had determined that he had sustained a gunshot wound, detectives were called to the scene.
