Scarlett Johansson and Barry Manilow are an unlikely but surprisingly sound musical duo. In support of Bono's (RED) campaign (and in conjunction with VICE Media), Manilow—"who writes the songs that make the whole world sing"—agrees to create a holiday jingle at the request of late-night host Jimmy Kimmel. "We're doing this big charity thing called (RED). It's a great charity. They're launching a huge holiday shopathon and all the proceeds go toward eradicating AIDS," Kimmel tells Manilow over the phone. The musician agrees, but admits that he will need a muse, "someone to inspire me."

That's where Johansson comes in, natch.

As Manilow writes and rewrites the jingle's lyrics, he and Johansson take turns singing solo and in unison. "Wouldn't you like to do something good / Just by shopping, I'd wager you would / Just by shopping, I bet that you would / Well, now is your chance, 'cause starting today / Your holiday dollars go a long, long way / This is for real, not a joke or a rumor / If you wanna be a conscious consumer / The holiday season's the perfect time / So, please don't shoplift, 'cause that's a crime / And this blowout sale is gonna blow your mind / Conquer the stress of holiday shopping / By helping stop AIDS, we really need stopping / Join the (RED) Shopathon, (RED) Shopathon / Shop (RED), save lives," they sing. "Join the (RED) Shopathon, (RED) Shopathon / Shop (RED), save lives / Join the (RED) Shopathon, (RED) Shopathon / Shop (RED), save lives."

During Jimmy Kimmel Live! Tuesday, any viewer who donates $10 during the (RED) Shopathon will have the chance to win "once-in-a-lifetime experiences," including a bike ride with Bono, a radio takeover with Ryan Seacrest, a football lesson from New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, a makeup tutorial from Kim Kardashian, a "Merry Jane" wellness retreat with Snoop Dogg, a photo-op with former NBA player Shaquille O'Neal, a red carpet meet and greet with Meryl Streep, admittance to a VIP suite during a University of Texas football game with Matthew McConaughey, a portrait by James Franco and more.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will match every dollar raised, up to $20 million.

Jimmy Kimmel Live!'s World AIDS Day special airs tonight at 11:35 p.m. on ABC.
