More details on the Travis Barker-DJ AM reunion we reported last week.

The former Blink-182 drummer and the celebrated spin doctor will perform together at a New Year's Eve bash in Los Angeles, their first gig since the duo survived that horrific plane crash in South Carolina that killed two of their friends along with two pilots.

Barker and DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein) have confirmed plans to ring in 2009 as the headliners of New Year's Nation's Los Angeles New Eve Party at West Hollywood hotspot The Lot.

"I'm ready to get back on stage with AM and continue to rock the house," Barker said in a statement. "I'm very excited to bring in the New Year in my hometown of L.A."

The set by the entity known as TRSVJDAM will be streamed live over the Internet and broadcast to other New Year's Nation parties in 10 other cities across the U.S.

Barker, 34, and Goldstein, 35, were seriously injured Sept. 19 after the Learjet they were riding in skidded off the runway in Columbia, S.C., while taking off for Los Angeles. The musicians were the only survivors, albeit with third-degree burns.

The rocker, who earlier this month filed a lawsuit over the accident, also noted his good fortune in a Thanksgiving Day post on his MySpace page.

"I wanted to say thanks today, and share my gratitude for everything I've been blessed with. Family, friends, and continued support from everyone," Barker wrote. "Thank you for life, and all the little ups and downs that make it worth living. My best to everyone."
